1. If your are not at fault you may be elidgible for a replacement vehicle. All you need to do is provide us all the details and we will confirm a booking with you and the best part is the costs are cover by the at fault insurance, all you need to do is

• If you qualify for a Replacement vehicle we will contact you to make a booking

• We have a fleet of replacement vehicle which if you qualify for we can also provide for you, this means when you drop in or we collect your vehicle is its driveable we place you straight in the replacement vehicle
